Human Resources Specialist (Full‑Time)

About the role

Viral E‑commerce & Marketing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle and support a high‑performance culture as the company expands across regional and Gulf markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management and coordinate payroll.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance and internal policies.
• Support performance management cycles and employee development plans.
• Drive employee engagement and sustain a positive work environment.
• Develop and update HR policies, job descriptions and internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in a generalist or recruitment‑focused HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
