IAM Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IAM Engineer to design, build, and maintain a robust Identity and Access Management platform. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient authentication and authorization services across our environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Access Management solutions such as Ping Identity, Okta, or Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
• Design, provision, and maintain PingOne integrations with target applications, monitoring performance and optimizing authentication flows.
• Develop and optimize PingOne DaVinci workflows to automate manual tasks and enable new IAM functionalities.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams on OIDC, OAuth, and SAML integration best practices.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve reliability and security of IAM services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience with IAM processes, authentication/authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in PingOne and DaVinci architecture and best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with OIDC, OAuth, SAML, SCIM integrations.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for automation.
• Experience integrating tools via REST APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
