Import & Export Coordinator

About the role

Givaudan is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to join its Logistics team at the October 6th site in Egypt. In this full‑time position you will combine trade‑operation expertise with a passion for digitalisation to streamline global shipments, improve data visibility and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from order execution through delivery.
• Prepare and validate all shipment documents, including invoices, customs paperwork and pricing details.
• Administer export licences, manage renewals and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Track shipments daily, resolve delivery or customs issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with customs brokers to manage documentation and clearance procedures.
• Maintain shipment records in SAP and create dashboards and reports to enhance data transparency.
• Use advanced Excel, Power BI and AI tools to automate data flows and visualise key performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist with audits and generate insights on operational performance and compliance.

Required profile

• At least one month of experience in import/export or logistics operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute to digital initiatives.
