Industrial Electrical Engineer (Mid-Level)

About the role

We are a leading cotton spinning and textile manufacturing company seeking a mid‑level Industrial Electrical Engineer to ensure reliable electrical operations across our plant. The role involves designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems, as well as managing PLC and SCADA platforms to minimise production downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Design, modify, and supervise installation of low‑, medium‑, and high‑voltage electrical systems.
• Monitor power quality and manage backup power solutions.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and SCADA systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, short circuits, and equipment failures.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance schedules for heavy electrical assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering or maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience with low, medium and high‑voltage systems, PLC & SCADA, power quality, and backup power.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical faults and perform preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably textile.
