Information Technology Lead

About the role

The Information Technology Lead will oversee the design, operation, and continuous improvement of both on‑premises and cloud‑based infrastructure. This senior position ensures high availability, security, and performance of critical systems while driving modernization initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage servers, virtualization platforms, and core enterprise applications in on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and security to guarantee business continuity.
• Lead system upgrades, patch cycles, and lifecycle management.
• Act as escalation point for complex incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies, support hardening, access control, and vulnerability management.
• Drive cloud adoption, lead migration projects, and optimize cloud cost and performance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, meet SLAs and KPIs, and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects, maintain documentation, and report on performance and risks to IT leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale on‑prem and cloud environments.
• 5–8 years of experience in FMCG or multi‑site organizations is an advantage.
