Infrastructure Service Delivery Tech Lead (IT)

About the role

The Infrastructure Service Delivery Tech Lead is responsible for ensuring business continuity of IT systems, minimizing disruption during incidents, and overseeing the delivery of new infrastructure projects. You will work closely with application owners and infrastructure administrators to implement governance, security, and disaster‑recovery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor and manage IT recovery testing to meet defined RTOs.
• Collaborate with application owners to keep recovery documentation up to date.
• Maintain and update the organization’s disaster‑recovery plan.
• Validate readiness of new IT systems in a disaster‑recovery site before production launch.
• Develop disaster‑recovery process documentation for new systems.
• Ensure DRP governance and audit compliance.
• Support implementation of IT governance and security requirements across applications and infrastructure.
• Document incidents, issues and corrective actions during recovery activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or project management.
• ITIL and project‑management certifications preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
