Instock Manager – Build New Business from Ground Zero

About the role

We are looking for a self‑starter to own the launch of a new grocery category for the MENA A‑Now team. You will build inventory processes from the ground up, partner with cross‑functional teams and drive strategic decisions that shape the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory health metrics, accuracy and stock‑level optimization.
• Develop and maintain inventory control processes, monitor shrinkage and damage.
• Analyze historical data, create demand forecasts and recommend order quantities.
• Partner with operations, transportation and procurement to align planning and execution.
• Identify root causes of discrepancies, lead continuous‑improvement projects and train team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory or project management.
• 5+ years of advanced Excel usage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, data science, economics, finance, engineering, computer science).
• Experience working with complex data sets.
