About the role
The Insurance Agent will identify and approach potential clients to introduce Chubb life insurance products. You will build strong relationships, understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions while achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to introduce life insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher education.
- 0–5 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, customer‑oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Ready to start immediately.
