Internal Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Internal Audit Supervisor will provide reasonable assurance and consulting services across Eagle Chemicals’ processes, following a risk‑based internal audit plan. Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, the role ensures that organizational units comply with management directives, policies, procedures and overall company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop audit plans and programs based on risk assessments and audit objectives.
• Review and test internal controls, procedures, and processes across operational, financial and compliance areas.
• Supervise and conduct fieldwork for audits, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports that highlight findings, risks and practical recommendations.
• Present audit results to management and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps and non‑compliance issues.
• Track the status of agreed‑upon action plans and verify their completion.
• Proactively suggest process improvements beyond compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in internal audit or a large auditing firm within the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, internal controls, risk management and finance/accounting practices.
• Demonstrated ability to apply internal control concepts to evaluate business processes.
