International B2B Market Access Advisor – Natural Ingredients & Food Innovation

About the role

Reefy is seeking an International B2B Market Access Advisor to drive the expansion of its natural ingredient portfolio—including raw honey, dates, and dry‑fruit snacks—into new local and international B2B markets. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Al Buhayrah, Egypt and will work closely with commercial, product and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate local and international B2B market opportunities for Reefy products.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of distributors, importers, retailers, manufacturers, white‑label buyers and strategic partners.
• Conduct market research on demand, competition, pricing, regulations, certifications and trade requirements.
• Support the development of market‑entry strategies for selected countries and buyer segments.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and white‑label agreement preparation.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams on product adaptation, packaging and quality requirements.
• Prepare reports, market briefs, buyer profiles and performance updates for management.
• Represent Reefy at trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer meetings and industry events as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B market development or international business development, preferably within the food or agribusiness sector.
• Strong analytical ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis and regulatory assessment.
• Demonstrated skill in building and managing relationships with distributors, importers and strategic partners.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen to support pricing and white‑label agreements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, operations and senior management teams.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade events and buyer meetings.
