Inventory & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & Operations Coordinator to manage daily inventory activities and support order fulfillment. The role ensures accurate stock records, smooth supplier interactions, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, record inventory movements, and update spreadsheets and ERP systems.
• Report stock shortages and discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and package customer orders accurately and inspect shipments for quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers to order and receive materials, following up on deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring proper handling and storage of products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically fit for light to moderate lifting.
