IT Analyst - IKEA Cairo Festival City

About the role

The IT Analyst ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the store's IT systems, which directly affects daily sales, customer experience and co-worker productivity. The role works closely with the Regional IT Operations Manager to support ERP application engagements, including new system implementations, upgrades and extensions of existing applications, so that critical IT infrastructure remains available and performs optimally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain business applications and databases to improve system efficiency, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day IT support, requests and incidents across multiple stores and business units regionally, aiming for high end-user satisfaction.
• Implement and integrate digital and IT solutions across stores and online channels with the Business Solutions Manager and Digital/IT project teams, with minimal post-implementation issues.
• Support market expansion projects by configuring and implementing digital and IT solutions on schedule.
• Develop and implement D365/NAV/BC solutions across modules and help design integrations between D365 and other systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and availability of critical IT infrastructure and applications within the store.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an IT analyst in the retail industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in D365, BC or NAV.
• Good practical experience managing databases and troubleshooting technical issues.

Required skills

• Expertise in ERP solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, D365 and CRM365.
• Database management (SQL, Oracle) and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to coordinate with multiple teams on digital and IT projects.
