IT & Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT & Procurement Specialist who is passionate about technology and wants to contribute to the medical devices industry. In this role you will support our IT infrastructure, manage procurement activities and ensure business continuity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers and network users.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and network infrastructure.
• Support the administration and maintenance of servers, applications and IT systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Assist IT procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing and managing IT equipment and services.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and inventory.
• Participate in IT projects and implement assigned technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide ongoing user support.
• Ensure the availability, security and performance of IT systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in IT support, systems administration or network administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Windows environments, networking and end‑user support.
• Experience with IT procurement and vendor management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
