IT Specialist – Help Desk & Network Administration

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Specialist to join our team across the GCC market. You will provide end‑to‑end support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with employees after troubleshooting to confirm full restoration of services.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software according to organizational needs.
• Prioritize and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously, delivering timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, service catalogs, and issue‑resolution procedures.
• Track and manage IT hardware inventory, ensuring proper allocation.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN, WLAN, CCTV, and IP telephony network problems.
• Monitor network security, manage firewalls and keep antivirus solutions up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on IT support experience, including help‑desk and network administration.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
