Junior Cyber Recovery Consultant

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a motivated Junior Cyber Recovery Consultant to join its Cybersecurity and Data Resilience practice. You will support the assessment, design, implementation, and operational validation of Dell Technologies Cyber Recovery solutions, helping customers strengthen their cyber resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in customer workshops, technical assessments, and solution deployments.
• Perform recovery testing and documentation across on‑premises, hybrid cloud, and multi‑cloud environments.
• Support the deployment of secure recovery environments, ransomware recovery capabilities, and cyber vault solutions.
• Develop expertise in Dell PowerProtect Cyber Recovery, PowerProtect Data Manager, PowerProtect Data Domain, and CyberSense.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, backup & recovery, or data protection.
• Basic understanding of cyber resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, and ransomware recovery.
• Familiarity with enterprise backup and recovery technologies; Dell Technologies solutions are a plus.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware), Windows and Linux OS, storage technologies, and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English; French and relevant certifications are a plus.
