Junior Product Owner – E‑Mobility Startup

About the role

Join Blu EV, a fast‑growing e‑mobility startup transforming urban transport across MENA. As a Junior Product Owner you will support the product team in shaping the roadmap for electric two‑ and three‑wheelers, turning business needs and user feedback into actionable deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Write and refine clear user stories with acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the product strategy.
• Participate actively in daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
• Assist with basic user research, conduct simple interviews and help document personas.
• Communicate progress to business stakeholders and present sprint updates.
• Maintain product documentation, wireframes (with designer support) and feature specifications.
• Track basic product metrics such as user engagement and feature adoption.
• Collaborate with designers, QA and go‑to‑market teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; strong learning ability and motivation are essential.
• Interest in e‑mobility, sustainable transportation and startup environments.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions and seek mentorship.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
