About the role

Palm Outsourcing is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join its fast‑moving talent acquisition team. This entry‑level position offers full exposure to the hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to guiding them through interviews, while leveraging AI tools to streamline administrative work.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing Support – Identify and engage strong candidates across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screening and Progression – Conduct structured screens, maintain scorecards and detailed notes.
• Candidate Experience – Serve as a warm, timely point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
• AI Tools and Automation – Use AI to draft outreach messages, summarise CVs and create shortlists.
• Pipeline Hygiene – Keep candidate data clean and up‑to‑date across all systems.
• Job Posting and Distribution – Publish roles on multiple platforms and ensure listings remain accurate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• 0‑1 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or a related internship.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to maintain clean candidate records.
• Proactive self‑starter who moves quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable using AI tools for outreach, CV summarisation and shortlisting.
• Quick learner who can adopt new recruitment platforms and systems.
