Junior Salesforce Administrator

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support its CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operation, data integrity, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for incidents raised by key users, adhering to SLA commitments.
• Assist the CRM team in designing, building, testing, and deploying Salesforce changes following change‑management standards.
• Support the Digital Marketing team with Marketing Cloud implementations, including data extensions, automations, and new channel deployments.
• Maintain user lifecycle management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules while ensuring MFA and security health checks.
• Design, build, and maintain complex flows using Salesforce Flow.
• Perform routine platform administration tasks such as custom object configuration, validation rules, and Lightning Record Page updates.
• Oversee data hygiene, duplicate management, and mass data updates.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for executive KPI visibility.
• Stay current with Salesforce tri‑annual releases, evaluate new features in sandbox, and manage production rollouts.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and “office hours” to boost platform adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least one year of progressive experience in Salesforce administration.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 required; ADX201 preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively across business units.
