About the role
G4S Egypt is seeking a motivated B2B sales professional to join its commercial team as a Key Account Manager / Sales Specialist in Cairo. You will be responsible for managing existing client portfolios, generating new business, and delivering tailored proposals across multiple industry sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of B2B accounts in sectors such as oil & gas, logistics, manufacturing, retail and government.
- Identify, qualify and convert new sales opportunities, both new logos and growth within existing accounts.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with the costing team to develop commercially compliant proposals, tenders and submittals.
- Conduct regular customer review meetings to monitor satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities.
- Track market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the commercial team.
- Maintain up‑to‑date sales records in Salesforce for performance tracking.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of B2B services sales experience in Egypt, preferably in manned security, facilities management, logistics or related services.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; business, marketing or engineering preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with quantifiable results.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
