Key Account Manager – Farms

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Farms will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with large farms and corporate agricultural companies across Egypt. You will drive direct sales, support technical trials, and act as the primary commercial partner for key agricultural producers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with large farms, export‑oriented farms and major agricultural producers.
• Drive direct sales and business growth across key farm accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits, maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and support agricultural trials and demonstrations.
• Monitor market developments, customer needs and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in agrochemicals, fertilizers, pesticides or other agricultural inputs.
• Proven experience dealing directly with large farms or corporate agricultural companies.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and technical selling skills.

Required skills

• Crop production knowledge.
• Agrochemicals, fertilizers, pesticides and plant nutrition expertise.
• Understanding of crop protection programs.
• CRM proficiency.
• MS Office competency.
