About the role
Araby Brand, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency in the MENA region, is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic clients. You will act as the main liaison, nurture relationships, and drive new business initiatives in a dynamic, results‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly.
- Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships to promote loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Handle client concerns and inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Prepare detailed account, performance, and revenue reports with actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales.
- Develop innovative strategies to strengthen relationships and increase revenue.
- Work with Analytics and Ad Operations to resolve issues and drive product enhancements.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to exceed campaign goals and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- University degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven account‑management experience in digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of online marketing tools, trends, and social‑media platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Ability to customize solutions to client needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using G‑Suite applications.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and social‑media platforms.
