Key Account Sales – Fresh Graduate Position

About the role

SoftTrend is looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join its Key Account Sales team in Cairo. You will support senior account managers, help prepare proposals and quotations, and assist in driving sales opportunities for the company’s software licensing and IT services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support key account managers in handling client portfolios and preparing sales proposals.
• Follow up on sales opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales‑tracking tools and assist with contract renewals.
• Participate in client meetings, respond to inquiries, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid sales and communication skills for presenting solutions and basic negotiations.
• Good analytical skills to understand client needs and support proposal development.
• Proficiency in MS Office, basic CRM tools, and strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field; internships or projects in sales are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, and ability to work on‑site in Cairo.
