Key User Manager - Power Tools

About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt, part of the Bosch Group and operating in Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools and Security Systems, is looking for a Key User Manager for its Power Tools portfolio. The role covers a defined territory and focuses on large key professional users, from lead generation through to frame contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the turnover, profit and market share targets for the complete Bosch Power Tools portfolio with key professional users
• Identify, profile and acquire new large key users, leading the sales process from lead generation to closing frame contracts
• Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio to deepen relationships and increase share of wallet
• Develop and run strategic account plans for each key user, including growth opportunities and required resources
• Pursue large national and public tenders, negotiate frame contracts and commercial terms autonomously
• Advise customers on value-added services such as Fleet Management and Full-Service contracts, and collaborate internally on cross-selling and integrated solutions
• Share feedback on market trends, competitors and user demands, and keep user data, visit reports and sales funnels up to date in the CRM

Required profile

• 3-6 years of proven B2B technical sales experience with a strong track record in lead acquisition, conversion and key account management
• Direct experience in industrial assembly, construction and/or metal fabrication
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, Business or a related field
• Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English
