Kids Club Animator

About the role

The Rixos Radamis resort in Sharm El Sheikh is looking for a full-time Kids Club Animator. The role welcomes children and their parents, organizes and supervises age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities, and keeps the club safe, clean and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the daily activity schedule, prepare materials and games, and supervise children constantly while keeping accurate attendance records.
• Organize and lead indoor and outdoor recreational, educational, creative and entertainment activities, and run children's parties, themed events and holiday celebrations.
• Ensure children's safety, security and well-being, and report accidents, injuries or illnesses immediately with incident reports.
• Keep equipment, toys and learning materials clean, safe and in good working order, and inspect facilities daily, reporting damage to the Engineering Department.
• Register children on arrival and release them only to authorized parents or guardians, and keep guest and family data confidential.
• Respond professionally to parents' requests and complaints, and promote Kids Club activities to hotel guests.
• Wear the hotel uniform and name badge, follow the weekly duty roster, attend training including child protection, and support environmental sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Kids Club, childcare, entertainment or hospitality setting.
• Good command of English and/or Russian; additional languages are an advantage.
• Certification or training in Childcare, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection or Kids Entertainment is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
