Lead Mobile Developer

About the role

BlueCloud Technologies is looking for a seasoned Lead Mobile Developer to head its cross‑platform mobile practice. In this dual technical and leadership position you will define architecture standards, drive delivery excellence, and mentor a team of developers while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of React Native and Flutter developers.
• Define and enforce mobile architecture standards, development practices and quality benchmarks.
• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery of mobile projects from requirements through go‑live.
• Make architectural decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable and secure mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Support presales activities including solution design, effort estimation and technical proposals.
• Manage technical risks and proactively resolve delivery blockers.
• Coordinate with DevOps to design CI/CD pipelines, release management and deployment strategies.
• Champion continuous improvement of tools, processes and delivery quality.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a lead or principal role.
• Proven track record leading mobile development teams and delivering enterprise‑grade applications.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, BLoC and MVI.
• Hands‑on experience with API design, micro‑services integration and third‑party SDK management.
• Strong expertise in mobile performance profiling, optimization and memory management.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps tools for mobile releases.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from discovery to handover.
• Ability to contribute to presales, proposals and client‑facing technical discussions.
