Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop and deliver engaging training programs that support our business objectives. The role involves assessing learning needs, facilitating onboarding and providing ongoing coaching to help employees grow.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs for multiple departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews and manager consultations to identify skill gaps.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, introducing company policies, culture and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to keep training content current and relevant.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs and certification documentation.
• Provide coaching and support to employees and managers to reinforce learning.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in HR training, learning and development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to assess training needs and create customized learning solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a strong plus.
