Learning Coordinator – Transportation Field L&D

About the role

The Learning Coordinator for AMZL Transportation supports operations and area managers by overseeing associate onboarding, training programs, and continuous learning initiatives across the site. You will act as a bridge between the Learning Department and the field, ensuring that new hires and existing staff receive effective, standards‑based development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Learning Ambassador identification program and track new‑hire onboarding and L&D audits.
• Manage the Associate Experience Week program and assign “Learn Before Doing” plans for operations.
• Track learning‑curve metrics and continuous‑improvement indicators at the site level.
• Audit the Powered Industrial Equipment Training program and trainer standard work.
• Execute training sessions for seasonal and permanent trainers and facilitate all training‑related initiatives.
• Maintain the ticketing system, ensuring tickets are resolved within expected timelines.
• Develop, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of orientation and other training programs.
• Document feedback, assess development needs, and support skill‑development activities such as cross‑training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of employee and performance‑management experience.
• Fluent in Arabic (read, write, speak).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, VBA, data links).
• Experience with graphic training systems, multimedia content creation, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• Preferred: 2 + years in performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques; fluent in English; 1 + year logistics operations experience.
