Learning & Development Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

The Learning & Development Supervisor will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for hotel staff, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience and supporting departmental training goals.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops and orientation programmes across all hotel departments.
• Prepare training materials, resources and facilities for each session.
• Deliver training on guest service, safety, hospitality standards and job‑specific skills using varied instructional methods.
• Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and certification requirements.
• Support HR engagement and recognition initiatives and update training manuals and online resources.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar learning and development role.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities in English; native Arabic speaker preferred.
• Positive attitude, interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
