About the role
The Learning & Development Supervisor will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for hotel staff, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience and supporting departmental training goals.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops and orientation programmes across all hotel departments.
- Prepare training materials, resources and facilities for each session.
- Deliver training on guest service, safety, hospitality standards and job‑specific skills using varied instructional methods.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and certification requirements.
- Support HR engagement and recognition initiatives and update training manuals and online resources.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar learning and development role.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities in English; native Arabic speaker preferred.
- Positive attitude, interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
