Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and optimise our logistics and transportation operations. The role will oversee warehousing, inventory flow and distribution, ensuring cost‑efficiency, operational excellence and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehousing, transportation and inventory processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
• Coordinate distribution activities across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and production teams to align logistics with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain management, preferably in Food & Beverage or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving skills.
• Very good command of English.

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
