Maintenance Engineer

About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of both mechanical and electrical equipment through proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
- Execute corrective maintenance to resolve equipment failures promptly.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate maintenance plans with production to ensure timely completion.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and internal procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate within a team.
