Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure the smooth operation of all building systems at our facility in Galae Square, Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests and communicate resolutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, mechanical rooms, and building systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic/electronic controls.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and wood‑trim repairs.
• Replace light bulbs, A/C filters, electrical switches, outlets, and program televisions.
• Maintain landscaping and sprinkler systems.
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures before any repair work.
• Document daily activities and hand over information to the next shift.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to work safely, follow company policies, and handle tools up to 50 lb.
• Good communication skills and a professional appearance.
