About the role

We are seeking experienced educators in management and leadership to help shape AI systems that simulate organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. This fully remote, flexible contract position lets you apply your academic expertise to improve the realism of AI‑generated scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, realism, and relevance.
• Evaluate AI reasoning on team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance AI reasoning quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously, completing task‑based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and identify trade‑offs.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI systems or content‑evaluation workflows (nice to have).
