Marketing & Communication Officer – Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Officer will support the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) in delivering its grant‑funded program. The role coordinates daily communications, outreach, marketing activities, and logistical support to ensure smooth interaction with partner banks, SMEs, trainers, and participants.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with partner banks, SMEs, trainers, and participants, handling invitations, confirmations, reminders, and updates.
• Support stakeholder engagement and manage participant applications in collaboration with the program team.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, prepare announcements, presentations, and outreach content.
• Disseminate program information across portals, digital platforms, and partner networks.
• Arrange venues, schedule sessions, prepare materials, and provide on‑ground operational support for trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Maintain organized records of communications, follow‑ups, and internal documentation for progress reports.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of professional experience in communications, marketing, program coordination, or operations.
• At least three years of experience in communication‑focused roles.
