Marketing Intern – 3-Month Internship

About the role

CrossWorkers is offering a three‑month, full‑time Marketing Internship in its New Cairo office. The role is designed for motivated students or fresh graduates who want hands‑on experience in content creation and digital marketing within a B2B software offshoring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, websites and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research to support strategy and content development.
• Identify trends and insights that can be turned into marketing material.
• Support the development of content calendars and campaign planning.
• Draft social media captions, article outlines, presentations and other marketing assets.
• Research target audiences and buyer personas to improve content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and success stories for marketing purposes.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Interest in content creation, digital marketing and business research.
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities and capability to conduct online research and summarize findings.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
