Marketing Lead

About the role

Motolinkers is seeking a Marketing Lead to shape and execute its annual marketing strategy, supporting vehicle imports, automotive trading, partnerships and new service launches. The role will drive brand presence, generate qualified leads and collaborate closely with sales and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, target segments and competitive positioning.
• Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels, managing timelines, budgets and performance tracking.
• Oversee social media, content, paid advertising, email marketing, events and partnership initiatives.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and creative vendors, ensuring brand consistency.
• Track marketing KPIs, ROI and provide regular performance reports.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and support vehicle launches and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
