Marketing Manager

About the role

Unyva is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to drive the growth of its beauty and personal‑care brands, Raw African and Bodiz. You will shape brand positioning, lead integrated campaigns, and turn consumer insights into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand management for Raw African and Bodiz, ensuring consistent positioning.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, content strategy, influencer collaborations and online community engagement.
• Plan and launch marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions and trade marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze KPIs and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Innovation and other stakeholders to support business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, media partners and external suppliers.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven ability to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and market share.
• Strong track record of delivering successful integrated campaigns and product launches.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into effective marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• 10‑15 years of marketing experience, preferably in personal care, cosmetics, beauty or FMCG.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
