Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and retention for the organization. This role combines corporate branding, digital communication, and event management to strengthen market presence and support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and align corporate marketing guidelines with overall business strategy.
• Design and implement market‑driven strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Manage proactive media outreach, develop media lists, and coordinate targeted campaigns.
• Prepare budget recommendations, monitor spend, and analyze performance reports.
• Plan and execute corporate events, customer gatherings, and branding initiatives.
• Oversee internal and external communications, including website, intranet, newsletters, and social media.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness using key performance metrics and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead, coach, and structure a high‑performing marketing and digital team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 13+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the ICT sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with proven writing and content development skills.
