Marketing Manager – Luxury Fashion Brand

About the role

WOROOD, a premium lifestyle fashion brand, is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will shape brand communication, oversee campaigns, and drive e‑commerce growth for a modern feminine audience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate timelines across departments to ensure seamless delivery of brand touchpoints.
• Oversee content planning for social media and e‑commerce platforms, collaborating with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
• Review all marketing materials to guarantee adherence to brand standards before publishing.
• Support product launches, website updates, and online customer experience in partnership with the e‑commerce team.
• Monitor social media performance, audience growth, and platform trends.
• Manage relationships with influencers, PR agencies, and external partners, handling collaborations, gifting campaigns, and events.
• Track campaign and e‑commerce KPIs, prepare performance reports, and analyze competitor activity.
• Lead the marketing team’s daily workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of leadership experience in marketing, preferably within fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of branding, social media, e‑commerce, and campaign management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
