Marketing Officer – Campaign & Digital Marketing

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness, generating leads, and driving business growth. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will manage both digital and traditional marketing activities while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
• Create and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and update the company’s social media platforms and website.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor actions.
• Organise marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead‑generation initiatives.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, printers, designers, and other external vendors.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, preparing reports with actionable recommendations.
• Manage the marketing budget for assigned activities, ensuring cost‑effective execution.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and support internal communication and employer branding when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
• Experience in B2B, B2C, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
• Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar) are an advantage.
