Master Data Management Team Leader

About the role

The Master Data Management Team Leader will oversee the governance and quality of all master data across the organization’s ERP environment. This role ensures that material, vendor, and customer data are accurate, consistent, and standardized, supporting efficient operations in planning, procurement, finance, and production.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain master data governance policies, standards and workflows.
• Approve creation, modification and deactivation of material codes and other master data records.
• Identify and eliminate duplicate records, ensuring data consistency across all ERP modules.
• Own and maintain the material coding tool and enforce its usage across departments.
• Coordinate master data activities with Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance, Production and IT teams.
• Monitor data‑quality KPIs, conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead, develop and mentor the MDM team.
• Support ERP upgrades, migrations and data‑cleansing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in supply chain, planning or master data management.
• Strong understanding of ERP environments, preferably Oracle.
