Media Buyer & Growth Specialist

About the role

Awafi is seeking a data‑driven Media Buyer & Growth Specialist to lead customer acquisition for both B2C therapeutic journeys and B2B corporate mental‑performance programs. You will own key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROAS, turning raw performance data into actionable acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, continuously optimizing budgets and bids.
• Monitor campaign unit economics, pause or pivot under‑performing channels, and drive ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with tech and UI/UX teams to implement deep‑linking and improve funnel and ASO performance.
• Work with the Content Factory to A/B test ad hooks, user‑generated content and repurposed expert material.
• Ensure accurate attribution using Adjust SDK, validate postbacks, and protect sensitive medical data.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on media buying and performance marketing experience, preferably in HealthTech, SaaS or mobile apps.
• Proven ability to manage sizable ad budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into growth sprints.
