Medical Representative – Cairo (Zaiton)

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Pharco’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in the Cairo/Zaiton area. The role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering product information and driving prescription growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, growth and market‑share objectives for assigned products within the defined territory.
• Provide ongoing product support and updates to healthcare providers, including benefits, usage and safety information.
• Collect and share market intelligence on competitors, trends and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer engagement and market conditions.
• Deliver product presentations at meetings, seminars and conferences.
• Plan and optimise the use of the promotional budget to maximise ROI.
• Update call and customer information daily in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine or a related scientific field.
• 0–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing customer information.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to stay up‑to‑date with product indications, side effects and competitive landscape.
