About the role

Innovative Work Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Scribe to join its on‑site team in Cairo. The position is open exclusively to graduates holding a medicine degree and involves real‑time documentation of patient encounters to support clinicians in delivering high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Document patient histories, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans directly into the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Review and update patient charts, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare referrals, prescriptions, and orders under clinician guidance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to clarify clinical information.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data and comply with regulatory documentation standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy.
• Excellent written communication and typing speed.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
