Microsoft Training Professional (Remote, Egypt)

About the role

Sutherland is looking for a Microsoft Training Professional to support one of its growing programs. The role suits a Microsoft expert who can train, support and answer user questions in real time. It is a full-time remote position based in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, instructor-led virtual training sessions with high engagement and knowledge retention
• Hold office hours for one-on-one assistance and questions not covered in class, answering most questions without follow-up
• Create and customize employee training content, updating it as needed
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs, gather feedback and align with organizational objectives
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and assessments, report results and adjust sessions to reach a CSAT of 4.25+ out of 5
• Design engaging, interactive training programs using sound andragogy; scripting short educational videos is a plus
• Explain complex topics clearly and give live demos while answering questions on the spot

Required profile

• 2+ years supporting users in enterprise environments with Microsoft business applications
• 2+ years designing and delivering software training aligned to large-scale digital transformation
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver live demos confidently
• Desirable: extraverted, resourceful, quick learner of new technology, and able to troubleshoot issues during training

• Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Clipchamp, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, Classic Outlook and New Outlook
• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
• Instructional design and curriculum development
• Desirable certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), MOS Expert or Master, Microsoft 365 Teamwork Administrator Associate
