Mid-Level QA / QT Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Level QA / QT Engineer to join our New Cairo team. The role involves full‑cycle testing of enterprise systems, including functional, integration, regression and system testing, while working closely with development and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases, test plans and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression and system testing.
• Identify, document and track defects through resolution using Jira or similar tools.
• Validate APIs, databases and system integrations.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to support quality delivery.
• Report quality metrics and test coverage.
• Support UAT and release validation activities.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in QA / QT.
• Strong manual testing and test‑case design expertise.
• Experience with defect‑tracking tools such as Jira.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Hands‑on experience in API testing and integration validation.
• Basic SQL knowledge for backend and data validation.
• Experience in telecom, OSS/BSS, CRM or high‑volume enterprise platforms is a plus.
