About the role

Westview International Language School is looking for an experienced Middle and High School Principal for the 2026/27 academic year. The principal provides strategic and academic leadership across both stages, drives excellence in teaching and learning, fosters a positive school culture and ensures outstanding results for students. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for the school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Manage day-to-day school operations and maintain a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for students, staff and families.
• Work with teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies aligned with educational best practice.
• Promote continuous professional development among staff to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with parents, guardians and the wider school community.
• Monitor and analyse student performance data to drive school improvement.
• Ensure compliance with education regulations, policies and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with a recognised teaching qualification; a Master's degree is desirable.
• Proven leadership experience in a Middle or High School setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curricula.
• Experience in an international school is an advantage.
