نبذة عن الوظيفة
تعلن شركة استشارية عن حاجتها لتعيين مسؤول توظيف للعمل عن بعد بشكل كامل.
المهام الرئيسية
- إدارة عمليات التوظيف من تحديد الاحتياج وحتى التعيين.
- استقطاب وفرز وتقييم المرشحين وإجراء المقابلات الأولية.
- بناء وتحديث قاعدة بيانات المرشحين (Talent Pool).
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية لتلبية احتياجات التوظيف.
- إدارة ومتابعة التعاقد مع شركات ومكاتب التوظيف الخارجية.
- متابعة عروض العمل وإجراءات انضمام المرشحين.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة التوظيف والاحتياجات.
الملف المطلوب
- خبرة في مجال التوظيف.
- خبرة سنتان فأكثر في مجال التوظيف.
