Nespresso Customer Service Specialist (Call Center Agent)

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support the Customer Relationship Center (CRC) of the Nespresso brand. The specialist handles all front-office customer contacts, working in a hybrid setting in Cairo, Egypt, and must be fluent in English (C1 level).

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through voice, email and chat, covering both B2C and B2B channels.
• Welcome customers, identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Prioritize first-contact resolution to improve the customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and turn feedback into service improvements.
• Advise customers and potential clients on the full range of products and services.

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience in customer engagement services (mandatory).
• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
