.NET Developer – Cairo

About the role

VAES.ai is seeking a passionate .NET Developer to join its multidisciplinary team in Cairo. You will work on internal tools and performance evaluation systems that drive sustainable solutions, collaborating closely with designers, researchers, and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement best coding practices, including unit testing and code optimization.
• Design and develop desktop applications that improve building‑element efficiency.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable software features.
• Deliver high‑performance, maintainable code throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment, emphasizing visual design and user utility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of programming experience, with at least 2 years focused on the .NET (Core, Runtime) framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and alignment with business goals.
